CH1600 & CH2400
The purpose of Concierge Healthcare (CH) is to provide client-focused high quality care by enabling the client to directly access his/her provider 24/7, to spend more one-on-one time with each visit, and to mutually formulate and manage an individually tailored healthcare plan specific to each client.
YSK Healthcare Services offers 2 types of Concierge Healthcare – CH1600 and CH2400.
- CH1600 is with health insurance and annual fee $1,600.00
CH2400 is withOUT health insurance and annual fee $2,400.00.
We accept concierge fees paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
