Primary family care nurse practitioners ”…diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic diseases, while emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention (AANP, 2022).” YSK Healthcare Services provides services for acute and chronic conditions and preventative care such as Annual Physical, Medicare Wellness Visit, Well Child Visit, and Women Health including breast and cervical cancer screening. We do not provide vaccinations in the office.
- Acute conditions are the ones that occur suddenly, develop rapidly, and usually resolve in less than 6 months, such as Common Cold, Flu, Pneumonia, Constipation, etc.
- Chronic conditions are the ones that develop slowly, can worsen over time, and persist beyond 6 months, such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Arthritis, Crohn’s disease, etc.
We accept all age groups and we accept most health plans, including AARP Medicare, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada (Commercial & Medicaid), Atrio Medicare, Cigna, Health Plan of Nevada, Medicare, Medicaid of Nevada, Molina Medicaid, Prime Healthcare, SilverSummit (Commercial & Medicaid), Tricare, and UnitedHealthCare.
In addition, in order to provide affordable and accessible patient-oriented healthcare service, we offer Concierge Healthcare (CH) and Affordable Direct Primary Care (ADPC).
